Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@palmsdept.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
  • Once reviewed, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
